Returning Students

Skyward Returning Paperwork

All returning students must complete the Skyward paperwork for the 25-26 school year. 

Please visit our campus if you need assistance.

New Students

New Student Enrollment

Required Documents:

• Vaccination Record
• Birth Certificate
• Guardian's Photo ID
• Current Lease or Utility Bill
• Child's SS card if applicable 
• Previous Academic Records if applicable 

Once your application is submitted, please call our office or visit our campus to review your application. Please note that your application will not be approved until it has been reviewed by our office.
