Ms. Sharp's Bio

This is Ms. Sharp's ninth year directing the Northbrook High School Bandoleras' Dance Team.  She has been dancing for 31 years with experience in ballet, jazz, tap, and modern dance.  

Ms. Sharp received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Dance Education in 1995 from the University of Houston, where she performed as a member of the University Dance Ensemble.  

She has taught dance for several years to children of all ages, and founded the Advent Angels Dance Team.  In addition, Ms. Sharp taught at Houston I.S.D.'s Fine Arts Magnet School, Poe Elementary, and is currently the Liturgical Dance Director at Christ United Methodist Church. 

Ms. Sharp has a real passion for dance and enjoys passing her love of dance and the arts on to her students.
