All high school students

- who
plan to attend school in Spring Branch for the first time
or
- who
left Northbrook but plan to return, and
- who
live in Northbrook High School's attendance area
Requirements
- Parent
or legal guardian must be present if the student is under
18 years old
- Shot

- Proof
of Residence
- House
- If you
own the house, supply a copy of the deed,
mortgage payment, or SBISD tax bill.
- If you
lease the house, supply a notarized
statement from the owner plus the
owner's proof of ownership.
- If you
live with another family, supply a notarized
statement from the resident stating that parent/guardian and
student live in the house plus the owner's
proof of ownership.
- Apartment
- If you
rent, the lease must have the parent and
student names on it.
- If living
with another person or family, you must have the
apartment manager complete the SBISD Form #3 stating that
the student and parent live in the apartment.
- Birth
Certificate or Passport
- Previous
School Records
- Social
Security card, if the student has one.

vez y que viven en el area de la escuela Northbrook High School
deben inscribirse. Requerimientos:
- El Padre o
guardian legal debe(n) estar presente si el estudiante
es menor de 18 años.
- Registro de
Inmunizaciones
- Prueba de
Residencia:
- Casa:
- Si usted vive
en casa propia, presente una copia de la escritura, recibo
de pago de hipoteca, o recibo de
impuestos del Distrito Escolar Independiente Spring
Branch.
- Si usted renta
una casa, presente una carta notarizada
escrita por el dueño, más
la prueba de residencia del dueño.
- Si usted vive
con otra familia, presente una carta
notarizada escrita por el dueño
de la casa declarando que el padre/guardian y el estudiante
viven en esa casa más la prueba de residencia del
dueñ
- Apartmento:
- Su usted renta
un apartmento, el nombre del padre/guardian y el estudiante
deben aparecer en el contrato de arrendamiento.
- Si estan ustedes
viviendo con otra familia, deben solicitar al gerente de
los apartamentos que complete la Forma #3
del Distrito Escolar Independiente Spring Branch, declarando
que el estudiante y el padre/guardian viven en el departamento.
- Certificado
de Nacimiento o Pasaporte
- Los
reportes de la escuela anterior
- Tarjeta
de Seguro Social, si el estudiante la tiene
* Las horas
determinadas para inscripción son: 5:00 a 7:00 p.m. el
martes, Agosto 6 y martes, Agosto 13 únicamente.
El primer día de escuela es Agosto 19, no lleguen tarde!
